Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Items that are damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact before sending items back.
How to Request a Return

We will respond to your request within 3 business days with further instructions on how to proceed. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Aurasnests.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If we agree to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above to return your original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized or custom-made items. If an item is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned for a refund. Please check the product description carefully before completing your order to avoid any confusion.
